Prime Hours – Sunset is the busiest time at the Burj Khalifa, Prime hours are from 04:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Depends on Sunset timings), where you would get the best view.
Located in the Downtown area, walking distance from Dubai Metro and Dubai Mall
Once you get to Dubai mall, you can walk through the Lower Ground and exit at the Burj Khalifa entrance.
